Indian Kabob Restaurant - Day 2

Today's lunch included a dessert made from chilies! It was delicious so I took the extra back to the hotel.

The hotel's manager asked about my day so I told her about this dessert. She never heard of such a thing. She even smelled it and still couldn't believe such a thing exists.

I returned to the Kabob place and ordered contrasting dishes. Delicious shrimp, mild vegetable curry and garlic nan with a glass of Indian Shiraz wine.

Indian ice cream made from malty condensed milk, cardamom, dried fruits and pistachio nuts.
