Booster seat

Kit is quite excited about receiving her new booster seat.  It is cowmooflage. 

We have been tracking the UPS delivery as it heads west.  Where do you think it will show up next?

Swimming

Kit joined a swim club in Tuk's hometown.  She is their youngest member.  Her basic skills are very good yet she is used to a small pool. 

Younger kids pay a variable membership depending upon how frequently they visit, as they require supervision during their lesson time. Older kids get unlimited access for a fixed price so they may swim laps as frequently as they like. The coach sets high standards and enables the kids to achieve and exceed their goals without pushing them. 

Kit saw the bigger kids swimming the length of the pool, 50 meters.  She was very proud to achieve that on her first visit.  After a couple visits, and knowing she could swim end to end, Kit wanted to see how far she could go.  Yesterday she swam 800 meters (1/2 a mile)!!!  The girl is a fish.

Moveable Feast

Tonight I am checking out the Moveable Feast in San Jose's Willow Glen neighborhood.  Each Friday evening a variety of food trucks are invited to this event.  The trucks for tonight are:
