Great Granddad

This weekend we went down to Pasadena to visit great granddad Lewis. It was a long drive but Kit did very well.

She took to great granddad right away. We went to El Cholo cafe for dinner on my birthday.

Kit enjoyed the mariachi band. They played Guantanamera (famous Cuban song), Cielito Lindo and La Bamba for her. She loved it!

The next morning we went to the park.

High five!

Greg, Diana, Aleya and Milana came up to visit! Great Aunt Denise also flew in from Portland!

Milana played the piano so nicely for us.

With 3 girls, the day was filled with hugs and kisses. Aleya performed many wonderful songs and stories for everyone.

We met up with Tim and Nao in Thai Town. Kit was so excited to see them.
The carpet of goldfields were lovely over the grapevine.
We stopped at Casa de Fruita just in time to catch the last train ride.
