Ants, Fish and Hail

Last night I steamed a fresh striped bass.

The sauce contained light & dark soy sauce, chicken broth, ginger, green onion, sesame oil and a pinch of sugar.
It hailed today. Kit was quite interested in seeing ice fall from the sky.
