Halloween Party and Trick-or-Treating

Kit's friends Sophia, Bryan and Hannah came over for a pre-trick-or-treating party.

Afterwards we all went trick or treating.

When we returned home Kit set up her chair and table to hand out candy to the children coming to our house.

She is a butterfly princess.

Great America Again

This morning Kit and I returned to Great America for some daddy-daughter time.

We went on the sky tower first.

Kit enjoys the view.

Then we went on a little kid rollercoaster before taking some flying cars with umbrellas, flying pumpkins and other cool stuff.

Kit was an inch below the limit to ride on the larger roller coaster.

Kit says to ride that one she must stand on her tippy toes.

The Backyard Circus was in town.

When they invited kids to sit up front Kit just took off running for the stage.

She got a front row seat.

They asked for volunteers.

When they called for a butterfly ballerina she stood up and walked on stage.

We took the baskets 3 times then took another trip up the sky tower.

Great America Haunt Again

Tuk, Dream and I went to Halloween Haunt while Kit took care of her grandma. They baked cookies and watched Curious George.

The other day Kit and I walked to the store. She was a big helper so I let her pick out a cake mix and prepared frosting.

After much consideration, she picked a white cake with colorful sparkles and pink frosting.

She carried the frosting home all by herself.

Pumpkin Patch

Kit and her friends plan to go to a pumpkin patch today. It is likely to rain.

Tuk: Should we stay home instead?

Kit: No! We can wear jackets.

Tuk: I don't have a rain jacket.

Kit: You can use daddy's jacket.

Tuk: What about daddy?

Kit: He can wait in the car.

She has a solution for every problem.


Kit knows all about Tuk's ipod. Today she showed me how to go purchase new apps.

The pumpkin patch had two trains!
